Ingredients: 2.35 kg white sugar, 2.25 kg peanut kernels, 0.5 kg baking soda, 150 g salt, 150 g butter, 3.75 kg liquid glucose, appropriate amount of rose petals.
Making Method:
1. Select peanut kernels and stir-fry them to crispy.
2. Steam rose petals slightly until the rose fragrance spread out.
3. Mix the white sugar and liquid glucose to make liquid sugar. Boil the liquid sugar. Add the peanut kernels when the liquid sugar is boiling. Cover and cook about 5 minutes after the sugar is boiling again. After uncovering, cook for about 1 minute, add butter, stir-fry and cook for about 2 minutes.
4. Take the pot off and add baking soda: firstly, mix baking soda with water to make a paste, stir-fry while pour the paste into the pot. stir 20 to 30 times after the soda paste is added. Then pour the mixture out on the kitchen board, spread out and scrap flat.
